Training Session at the Gym
I am a member, a trainer, and a Group Fitness Instructor for LVAC. I love all the gyms, but I am mainly on the North side of town. I will travel to the Henderson, Eastern, and Southwest locations if necessary, but there will be a nominal travel fee ($15) added to the session cost. You need to be a member in order to use the facilities, or acquire a day pass. Membership at a single location is only $15/month (no contract)!

Training Session at Home
You don't need a gym membership to start building muscle! I can come to you and we can get a great workout, without you having to leave your home. I can bring basic equipment if you'd like, and there is a huge variety of exercises that do not require any equipment at all.

Virtual Training Session
Virtual video appointments can be booked. Sessions will be designed around the equipment you have available (fitness equipment not mandatory, but high speed internet and smartphone or computer are required).

Group and Couples Sessions
If you and your partner want to get fit together, you can double up! I can train both of you during the same session. If you have a group of friends who want to work out together, I would be happy to create a custom program for you. Sessions could be in or out of the gym.
